By accessing or using Nurvixa, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using Nurvixa on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Nurvixa is an AI-powered educational platform designed to help nursing students prepare for the NCLEX examination through adaptive clinical judgment training, practice questions, flashcards, audio review, and personalized study intelligence.
We do not guarantee that use of Nurvixa will result in passing the NCLEX or any other examination.
To use Nurvixa, you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
Free Trial: Nurvixa offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Subscription Plans: Nurvixa offers monthly subscription plans (Student Pro at $9.99/month and NCLEX Pro at $19.99/month). Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge you on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app under Settings → Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access through that date.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with Nurvixa within 30 days of your first paid charge, contact us at support@nurvixa.com for a full refund. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to renewals after the initial 30 days.
Refunds: Outside the 30-day guarantee window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree to use Nurvixa only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You may upload notes, PDFs, and study materials to Nurvixa ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use that content solely to provide the services you requested (such as generating flashcards or quizzes).
You retain ownership of your User Content. You represent that you have the right to upload and use such content, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
All Nurvixa content, platform design, software, trademarks, question banks, AI systems, and proprietary features are the exclusive property of EOA Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of Nurvixa does not grant you any ownership rights to any platform content. The Nurvixa™ name and logo are trademarks of EOA Solutions.
Nurvixa is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EOA Solutions and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Nurvixa, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or exam failure.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Nurvixa shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EOA Solutions and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of Nurvixa, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Nurvixa at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.
You may terminate your account at any time by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Nurvixa shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against EOA Solutions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or prominent notice within the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Nurvixa after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EOA Solutions regarding your use of Nurvixa and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
